He brings an analytical, commercial approach to identifying high-potential deals, assessing investment viability, structuring transactions and giving strategic guidance to investors across the market.
Laura Pearce
Property Consultant
Laura is a property investor and investment consultant specialising in sourcing and securing residential investment opportunities across South Wales. She combines hands-on experience across acquisitions and refurbishments with detailed due diligence, commercial deal analysis and strong project and client management skills. As a key client-facing member of SWPI, Laura works closely with investors and property professionals to identify, negotiate and progress opportunities.
Craig Pearce
Property Consultant
Craig is a property investor and director of a residential property investment and development business, with 25 years’ experience as a mechanic and a background in chemical analysis engineering. He brings a highly analytical and practical approach to property, overseeing refurbishments, contractor management and project delivery while keeping a close eye on costs, quality and commercial viability.
