A Network Built on Trust
SWPI Consultancy was born from a simple observation: South Wales has incredible property opportunities, but too many people weren't getting the advice, service or value they deserved. It started with Ben Hollingsworth, who built the SWPI community to bring together property professionals, investors, landlords and people looking to get into property across South Wales.
As the group grew, so did our understanding of the market. We saw first-hand how investors and property owners were sometimes being let down — overpriced sourcing, poor advice, limited local knowledge and opportunities that simply weren't being presented properly. At the same time, we could see the other side of the equation. There are exceptional property opportunities across South Wales. Run-down properties, motivated sellers, portfolios, development opportunities and deals that can make genuine sense when they are approached with the right knowledge and network. So we decided to do something about it.
